In the event overtaxedproperty.com refuses to accept my case, and notifies me of such by email or letter I will be refunded all but $25. In the event I desire to have overtaxedproperty.com represent me before the Michigan Tax Tribunal, the $198 is non refundable, but will be credited toward my fee of 25% of the refund check (including interest) issued to me by my municipality. I agree to pay overtaxedproperty.com that 25% amount within 10 days of the check being issued from my municipality to me (minus the $198 prepaid fee)" I agree to the terms and conditions.
